Wow your knowledge of TCM is very advanced!! I don't even know those herbs on face value hehe..Germany is having pretty comfy weather now..but peculiar for normal summer hehe...
My parents-in-law moved over to Europe from China around 40 years ago..but they still bring over lotsa ginseng and other Chinese herbs and ingredients over every time they go back :) So we have a bounty of herbal tea to drink here hehehe..where do you live, @kenhudoy?
