So you want to loose weight and get healthy, but you have literally tried every diet known to man with limited or no results. Well I have discovered the truth about dieting, and want to share my knowledge with you because I know how painful and frustrating it can be! I myself have struggled with weight thought my life, but you wouldn't know it by looking at me today. I am finally able to maintain my weight and I feel really good!
The first thing you need to know is that 100% of "Diet Programs" are essentially scams! Yes its true, and very sad. Most of these diet programs play on the fact that you are desperate and may have low self esteem. This is my main motivation for sharing this with you. I hate being taken advantage of, and I really hate seeing others fall into the same boat. The first thing you need to understand is that its not how much you eat, but what you are eating. And not even so much what you are eating but whats in what you are eating! The main ingredients that are the leading cause of weight gain is "High Fructose Corn Syrup". This chemical is literally poison, and should be treated as such! This concentrated sweetener is actually a double edged sword. And it can be found in almost every single product on the shelves! Yes that's right, its in every one of our favorite foods! It is nasty and it is cheap for manufacturers to use, so its likely we will never be rid of it!
The main issue I discovered with "High Fructose Corn Syrup" is that as a concentrated sweetener it will make you gain weight about 50 times faster than ordinary sugar! That's right, this chemical is basically a super sugar and the body will create massive amounts of fat just with this one ingredient. Even in a limited dose the consequences are disastrous! Not only that but this chemical will also tell your stomach which in turn tells your brain that you are not full! That's right, it actually tricks you into thinking your starving all the time! So not only is it creating massive amounts of fat, it is making you want to consume more, and more, and more! In fact some might be inclined to think this is done on purpose when you realize its in literally in every single product on the market, including vitamins, muscle powders, protein shakes, you name it its there! I urge you, in fact I beg you to please look at the ingredient labels on your next trip to the store. This should make everyone furious, but you never hear anything about it! I only discovered this through massive amounts of research.
Now once you understand that you can never eat any product that has "High Fructose Corn Syrup" in it, you will already be on your way to thin! But you should also consider some other things as well. Your second enemy is Gluten! This is found in all breads, tortillas, and more. This is one of the worst ingredient to consume because the body turns in into fat as well because its simply hard to digest. So I am sorry to burst your bubble, but you can no longer eat flour based products if you want to be healthy. Again like "High Fructose Corn Syrup" it has a similar effect in that it burns up so fast you will be left continuously feeling hungry. A lot of health officials refer to these foods as empty calories, because they don't provide any real nutritional value. And the body needs proteins to create energy! Proteins can be found in things like chicken, turkey, beef, fish, shrimp, pork, beans, eggs, milk, cheese, oats, lentils, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, and broccoli to name a few.
Another product to consider harmful is corn itself because it also has this same effect as flour based products! And corn can be found in many products we consume on a regular basis. Remember when in doubt always check the labels, I can't stress this enough! Also be aware of corn oil aka canola oil. It is another one that can be found in almost every product known to man! The last one you also should avoid is cotton seed oil, because it too has the same effect as corn oils. Your far better off using plain old fashion butter in place of these products. Now there is some good news in all of this, and that is there are a couple oils that are actually good for you. And oils are an essential part of a healthy diet because it help reduce damage from high acidity in certain foods, and also the natural result from a stress. That being said the main one I recommend is 100% pure "Extra Virgin Olive Oil". However be sure it doesn't contain canola or other oils because they do this to trick you! And the second one is Coconut oil which a great alternative, and is quite tasty! But in general even oil that is healthy can cause weight gain so be sure to limit your consumption.
Another ingredient I want to suggest you avoid is Yeast. This is used to make bread rise, and will certainly make you're belly rise as well. And I hate to burst your bubble again but this is also the main ingredient found in beer. But if your trying to loose weight and be healthy this is really a no brainier. I myself love it, and its been one of the hardest things to let go. But I feel amazing when I leave it alone, and I look awesome too! In general Alcohol is very bad for you anyway, and studies show it attacks every cell in the body which I feel is the main reason for cancer. So best to just avoid it as much as possible.
O.k so the last thing I want to cover here is "Diet" foods, or alternative sweeteners. Diet foods can literally kill you! And studies show that most of them will also have the same effect as High Fructose Corn Syrup, in that they actually cause weight gain! But even worse than that products that contain Sucrose, Sucralose, Aspertame, and Cyclamates, have been know to cause strokes and heart attacks! So please do not ever mess with these products! The only alternative sweetener I have found that is fairly safe is a plant based one called Stevia. This one is not bad tasting either and will not kill you!
So now you know enough to make smart decisions when it comes to the food you consume, and just following these guidelines, as well as eating proper portions, and getting lots of water and exercise, you to will be well on your way to looking and feeling good! And most importantly remember if you mess up on your diet or exercise routine its o.k! Don't beat yourself up about it! Just let it go the one time and get back to what you know is good for you. My personal motto that I learned from a well known health fitness coach named Tony Robbins is, nothing tastes as good as healthy feels!
