push-up the safest way to lose weight at the comfort of you home especially if you dont have time to go gym! on my topic for today im going to show up the benfits of push up in our body!!..

first benefits of push ups is Its a good full body work out, it helps tremedously for a fitter body. it helps us to focus on our abs, arms and the lower part of our body in the same time. push up trained our muscles to become healthy and strong..

It helps us to improve our reaction time by helping to practicize our proprioptive muscle fiber.. this fibers keep our body balance and it keeps our body from tipping over.

It helps us to build muscle density, we start to lose  muscle density which our body uses  and burn energy, one thing exercise benefits is to maintain (if nit improve) our muscle density, there are couples of websites out there ideal the number of push ups, needed to byuild muscle mass in dif. parts of our body.

  • 1.shoulders, chest and triceps ( 4 sets of 12-15 reps)
  • 2.back / biceps (4 sets of 12-15 reps)
  • 3.legs / abs  (4 sets of 12-15 reps)

Push ups have been  labeled as one of the most suitable body workouts. when we do push ups we recruit our core muscles to keep our bacjk straight and help us in pulling our belly toward our spines ..

If you are looking for a strong core then push ups is just a perfect starting point. strong core muscles allow us to  do physical activities it helps our back problems and it maintain a good posture...

A COUPLES OF TIPS ON HOW TO DO PUSH-UPS

  • It does matter how many push ups we can, but not when we do it in wrong motion.
  • make our legs,nech, hips and head are in one straight line. lift them gradually on the floor back and down in exact same position
  • place hand wider than the shoulder width, this wide position also result in less exhaustion or fatigue..
  • while lifting our body make sure we are not lifting our shoulders, move it blades backward..while lifting our body make sure we are not lifting our shoulders, move it blades backward..

One of the way to gain muscle is progressing the push ups, challenge musles with push ups. in orfer to gain more muscle while performing push ups do it from the knees from a standard plank/with weight on back or in one armed, pick the rght type of push upby the amount of rep you can do.. that it from now see you on my next blog research @funnytale
