If we don't have enough incomes to hire the services of a personal trainer we can look for workout groups or create one by inviting people with similar objetives. There are moments in our work plan (is important create one) when we can feel stalled and the support of our mates could be useful. Phychological aspect plays a fundamental role.
Team mates can provide advice us about execute the exercises correctly or share knowledge to improve our workout. Instilling healthy competition in the group helps do our best and be prepare to upcoming competitions.
Choosing correctly people that will take part of our workout group is important. People without commitment in the team could distract us if we don't have enought discipline. Workout schedule must be use to train.
