Advertising is for commercial products and services. As we clearly notice in many places, we operate in a private capacity: "We are not a commercial business. We are an organization operating in a private capacity. We do not sell anything. All goods and services are offered by donation to our cause." (see www.intothegardenofeden.com)
Additionally, @logic is welcome to research the effects of colloidal gold for himself. We are firm in our service to the health and well-being of ALL, and we offer alternatives to the Big Pharma monopoly.

new views (including many challenges to the current systems of low standards) with sharp minds. We are able to engage in thoughtful, public discourse to shape a better world for everyone in an uncensored arena. We've been actively involved in and supportive of this revolution, and we believe we have been respectful users. Please bring transgressions to our attention so that we may correct them, because we intend the most beneficial experience for all.Further, @steemcleaners @anyx are there rules to using Steemit clearly posted for all users to see? Although advertising does not apply to us because we are not a commercial entity, we have not been noticed of regulations and restrictions if there are any. We are excited about this platform because we are able to exchange
Don't lie about donations. You clearly sell those products on your site. You give the prices and order option. Not sure who you want to deceive. Maybe tax tevenue.

We do not sell anything. Thanks for the opportunity to clarify who we are, and for the chance to address a cognitive dissonance loop many people are caught in!
The Garden of Eden does not support the global military industrial complex, so we have reinvented an economy based on values that builds a healthier and more sustainable world for all! We've been living this revolution for many years, so it's exciting to have a platform like Steemit to share our remarkably different standards for operation.
See "Isness of Business", "We Do Not Sell Anything", and "All Proceeds Are Dedicated To A New Paradigm" tabs at the top of each shop page for more info. It is true that we have online "order" options, because our shop interface is set up with that familiar format. For many people, financial transactions are the easiest form of trade, so we have that option available online. Others contact us directly to share and trade other skills and resources. http://www.intothegardenofeden.com/store/c26/GOE_High_Vibe_Health_Supplements.html
We've got more info on our "business" model available on our website as well: http://www.intothegardenofeden.com/ethical-merchantry.html
Again, we are not a commercial business. We are an organization operating in a private capacity. We do not sell anything. All goods and services are offered by donation to our cause.
We feed, clothe, house, and educate people. If you support our cause, we are grateful for your contributions. If you don't support our cause, we wish you well!
There is nothing wrong with advertising. There are no restrictions against it.
Personally I see every post as a form of advertising as well as a form of commerce. If time and ideas have value, we're all engaging in commerce and advertising with everything we do.
Very well put @xeidal. Undeniable.
Hi, can I quote you on this?
Wrote this article on advertising on Steemit and didn't really get enough responses to form any consensus. Are there any such moves in the pipeline? Thanks.
