Well, it looks like that the contradiction between the past studies and the present only support some recent study stating that marijuana substances today has a stronger and multiplied effect than before.

Depends on what you mean by "effect". Some strains are richer in CBD, others- in THC (people think marijuana is stronger because it is richer in THC and that equates to a higher "high" if you'd like).
You seem very knowledgeable about this thing. I'm in The Philippines. I think our county has long way to go before Marijuana becomes widely acceptable. But it is okay, we have bigger things needs more attention to correct.
