Plant whose leaves covered with hairs produce an irritating liquid that penetrates the skin by simple contact. It is easily grown and grows wild.

INDICATIONS

Internal Hemorrhages and Bloody Spits: Make an infusion of 40 to 60 grams of leaves per liter of water. Take 3 cups a day.

Nasal Hemorrhage: The same previous preparation absorbed by the nose, controls it promptly.

Rheumatism and Paralysis of the Extremities: Ortigarse the painful or paralyzed part, with the fresh nettle. Then bathe with jets of cold water.

Hair Loss: 15 grams of powdered nettle root and 50 grams of avocado oil. Mix these two products and put them in a water bath for 15 minutes. Rub with this mixture the scalp. It is also a good remedy against scalp rashes.

Fresh nettle is also edible like any vegetable. It is boiled for 10 minutes and salt and oil are added when serving it. Although its nutritional power is very low, it is a healthy and depurative food.
