How I Lost WEIGHT being a stoner!!

I haven’t been on hive in the past 2 weeks because I felt Insecure about my body image. I decided to take a break and focus on me. During that time I lost almost 20 lbs (18). I did it by starting my Intermittent fasting and exercise daily! This video summarizes it ! This it all while still smoking cannabis daily! Keep that in mind
