The cashew tree is a tropical evergreen tree that produces the cashew seed and the cashew apple. It has two height limit. The tallest which is of 14m (46ft) it takes three years from planting before it starts production, and eight years before economic harvests can begin. and the dwarf which is 6m (20ft) the dwarf cashew has been said to be more profitable, with earlier maturity and higher yields, it start producing after the first year, with economic yields after three years. . The cashew tree is cultivated in the tropics between 25°N and 25°S, and is supremely adapted to hot lowland areas with a pronounced dry season.

In Indian it is used for gnashing sweets or curries and can also be ground into paste that forms a base of sauce for curries e.g koma.
In the Philippines, cashew is a known product of Antipolo , and is eaten with suman .
In
Indonesia , roasted and salted cashew nut is called kacang mete or kacang mede , while the cashew apple is called jambu monyet (translates in English to monkey rose apple).
The Brazilian prefer the cashew to the but, and the cashew fruit juice is popular over there.
In the 21st century the cashew help some African countries in demand for the production of cashew milk.

The cashew apple can be eaten fresh, cooked in curries as said above in some countries or fermented into vinegar, as well as an alcoholic drink. It is also used to make preserves, chutneys, and jams in some countries such as India and Brazil. In many countries, particularly in South America, the cashew apple is used to flavor drinks, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic.
Cashew nuts are more widely traded than cashew apples, because the apple, unlike the nut, is easily contuse and has very limited shelf life. Cashew apple juice, however, may be used for manufacturing blended juices.

As per a study published in December 2003 edition of the journal “Allergy”, allergies associated with cashews are risking day by day and these allergic reactions are even more serious because they affect young children who may never have been exposed to these allergies..
May Destroys Balance Of Other Food Materials
Eating cashew nuts is good for our health because of the number of nutrients present in them but even after the presence of a large number of nutrients in cashew nuts, they are not a complete food and our body needs other important nutrients which we get from other food materials like fruits, vegetables, and grains etc. Eating cashew nuts ( and other high protein foods) in limited quantity will ensure that there is enough room for other important food material in our body. So, in short eat cashew nuts ( in moderation) for your good health but don’t let cashew nuts or any other food item to dominate your diet.
