Well, that's good news for me because I don't have to force anything, I enjoy eating those kinds of things anyway, I find it Refreshing.
I think I'm already pretty close already to the diet you described, only I was including cheese, so I'll put a stop to that as you suggest, though I already haven't really been drinking any milk, as I don't eat cereal or drink much tea or coffee.
I can get myself aligned with the eating patterns easily enough so I'll give that a go, it's just a matter of getting the amounts right so I'm not starving myself or overeating...

*made me consider people in comparison of nodes in a decentralized network, not only coming to consensus on something, but also with each node determining what it itself should be, based on the connections to it's surrounding nodes, among many other things.
The * marks in the interactive are worth checking out too, they hold some good examples of what is being described.
That and the groupthink in Nasa's administration that caused them to discard the warnings from engineers which caused the challenger disaster, I Can't help but comparison this to bitcoin core/segwit and the warnings their echo chamber has caused them to dismiss....
