We must try as much as possible to practice dental hygiene.It keeps our teeth free from dirt and disease and make it healthy. A regular visit to the dentist should be practiced also.


Here are few tips to keep your teeth healthy.


  • Brush at least twice a day. In the morning also at night after dinner.

  • Avoid too much of junks, sugary foods and acidic drinks.

  • Change your tooth brush.

  • Floss your teeth daily.

  • Visit your dentist for regular checkup.
