 做法:提前將綠豆和陳皮浸泡30分鐘,刮去陳皮的橘白色部分,切成絲狀,以備後用。砂鍋煮沸後,放入青豆,湯變綠,將橘皮放入中火30分鐘。在鍋前添加適量的冰糖、橘皮。
