I started eating more fruits and vegetables in the last 2 years. I can really feel the changes in my body and I have more energy than before. I remember where I had to listen to the alarm all the morning, but had no power to wake up. Now it is different! The more fruits and vegetables I consume the more power I have and can wake up early in the morning without any problem.
I enjoyed reading your post, keep the good work up!

Thanks! I'm glad to hear that you feel better now. Many people have such issues waking up.

Yes after having many smoothies and salad for dinner I didn't needed the alarm anymore. I had enough energy :)
