Still keeping my apple day! also did a work out for 20 mins on the treadmill whilst watching the news about Brexit in the UK. LETS LEAVE The United States of Europe!
But it turned about to be a half a fish day not apple day!
And thats all I have had to eat today, need to get rid of my tummy fat (slowly) ; ) got another 18 hours left to go! then I will eat again. I know I will feel great in the morning but right now its pretty hard going : D

My 2nd daughter came home & I have been accompanying her around. I used to workout at least 3-4/week for about an hr & a half but now since she came home all we've been doing is eat & shop! 😂
Try apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp in a glass of water, great for detox & helps eliminate those love handles! 😊

I like to take vitamin C high does it works like a treat keep all colds and stuff well away and try to keep fit how many children do you have reign ?
I have 4 girls.. 3 whom are already adults & 1 who is turning 8yrs old.. 😊
can't believe how time flies..they all have families of there own & live apart from me too.

hey Jon!!! yeah once a week I try to do one day or if I can two days and I eat just fruit like apple. then back to normal. but its tough bro
The most I have done is 16hr intermittent fasts - I would die if I went a whole day!!! Keep up the good work! If you want some good knowledge I would suggest checking out @primaledgehealth - I don't think he has been very active on here lately but he has a lot of content on Instagram and YouTube (I hope he gets more active on Steemit!). He is a wealth of knowledge! Best of luck on your journey!!!
