During the sunset, we lay on the sandy beach. We had our eyes closed-I cheated to take the videos and pictures-and heard the sound of the vibration instrument called Gong. What is so healing about that? Scientific studies have shown that such practices, like listening to the Gong, reduce anxiety, tension, stress and depression.
Moreover, sitting next to the sea, hearing the little waves and being in a meditation mode help the brain produce theta and alpha waves, connected to creativity. Meditation also helps you experience what scientists call "mindfulness", that is to "live now", to "be here with all your senses" and manage to disconnect from things that stress you.
If you want to destress and relax, sound healing is a great thing to try. Go to the beach and hear the water flow or simply connect to your youtube and listen healing sounds with waves and Gong.
