In addition, a long-term overdose of vitamins can reduce the body's absorption rate of vitamins in food, and once stopped, it will lead to symptoms of vitamin deficiency.

For precocious children, parents should check for other reasons, such as taking adult tonics.

  4. Vitamins cause gastrointestinal discomfort. After taking vitamins, people will have gastrointestinal discomfort and they will not take it. In fact, this may be related to improper use of vitamins. In addition to vitamin C, other vitamins generally do not cause gastrointestinal discomfort. Because the aqueous solution of vitamin C is acidic, it has a stimulating effect on the gastric mucosa. When taken on an empty stomach, it can cause pain or discomfort in the stomach. Especially in patients with gastric ulcer, it is sensitive, but if you take it after meals or reduce the dosage, you can avoid this discomfort.
