Don't do it Jeff. Do not go vegan. It is realy catastrophic for your body ant health. I like you and hate to see you destroy jour healt this way. You feel probebly slightly bether now but that is not because you are vegan but because you stopped eating even more rubbisch n.l. cereals or grains. The only realy healthy food for humans is meat and fat from animals and EGGS. Fat gives you much more energie than plants can do. Proteins and fat keeps your heart strong and healthy, builds muscles and keeps your body and venes clean and very important stabilizes your blood sugar. I am 61 and do this diet with meat (and at least 7 eggs per day) allready 5 years and i feal like 25. I work alot but never do sports wathsoever. Despite that i have made last month a 40 km. walk in the mountains in one day without getting exhausted. I only was a little tired. (And stiff muscles hehe).
