Why Stinging Nettles?

Nettles are highly nutritious and are particularly rich in vitamin A, iron, calcium and protein – in fact they must be the cheapest superfood around!

  • Helps with fatigue
  • Wonderfully anti-inflammatory
  • Strengthens the immune system
  • Enriches and purifies blood
  • Improves physical performance

Nettle Smoothie Recipe:

  • 1 handful of fresh nettle
  • 1 handful of frozen berries
  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 2 cups water
  • some mint (optional)

Blend on high until it reaches the desired consistency.
Serve immediately.

Nettle smoothie is nourishing and refreshing!
