Healing the flatulence can actually do yourself, require help from a doctor or other medical personnel. Below are some simple things you can try to overcome flatulence.
Increase the amount of fluid to drink
Ideally we are recommended to consume water as much as 8-10 glasses a day. Many people who think drinking very much can cause bloating, though not really.
To relieve bloating, you can consume more water than usual. Do not consume all at once, but divide into 1 cup regularly every 2 or 3 hours.
