Its time too reduce my drinking
I don't really believe in all that hype about drinking too much water. I think everyone's body is a little different and requires different levels of hydration. So to put everyone in the same box would be disingenuous at the least.
I carry water bottles everywhere.
I probably drink 7-10 bottles of water per day and rarely drink soda or liquor.
The major difference come into play based on your normal activities.
If you sit at a desk all day while talking on the phone, you might need more water than the person who sleeps on the couch all day.
But you know what? WATER will be the most expensive commodity in the world within the next 10 years.
Just look around the globe for news stories where local fresh water supplies are being contaminated...
