After a survey, experts have shown that blood pressure patients perform only yoga exercises rather than eating medicines, even if they use medicines.
A research paper presented at a European Organization for Diseases Club stated that blood pressure from regular yoga can be kept in control of the same medication. It has been said that 15 minutes daily yoga and respiratory exercise can reduce blood pressure by 10% daily.
This research survey included 60 people. In this, the participants were exercised, deep breathing exercises, comfort-taking habits, initial yoga positions, or just body-pulled exercises. Among them, a group of participants participated in the blood pressure of people in a group of ten percent reduction.
Interestingly, this 16-year-old student Ashok Pandey had been performing as a school project and wrote a research paper based on which 30 thousand scientists had read that after which he was diagnosed with diseases in Canada and Germany. The conference was also presented in the conference.Ashok said that for centuries civilization has been used to improve blood pressure by Yoga, but the modern world is unaware of it. Ashok's father is a psychiatrist specialist and Ashok told him that yoga is a cure for blood pressure.
The effects of the first study were so positive that now with the support of Ashok Lole University, next 500 people will note the impact of yoga and blood pressure. Yoga experts believe that deep breathing causes blood pressure.

Short but true story:
I have a friend that i know since we were kids, and she was struggling with diets and "fatness medicine" that didn't work. So after almost give up a friend told me about this Tiny Belly Challenge. I start searching for this
and found a pretty good article about this challenge
https://healthylobby.wordpress.com/2018/09/02/1-yoga-tip-for-a-tiny-belly/
so i gave my friend this entire program as a gift so she may stop thriving with his weight problems She was looking depress and her birthday was coming so i tried give her something nice and useful. She reached 300 lbs. by consuming “a diet full of bread, pasta and chips,” told people.
After talking and laughing with her for a while I dared her to do this challenge and surprisingly , after three months she turned to intermittent fasting, which helped her shed the last 50 lbs. of the 125 lbs. he lost during the process.
This was very shocking. She look so different now. It's like other person!
I highly recommend you to read that article if you are thriving against obesity!
