In order to keep our bodies healthy from colds and coughs in the winter, we must take care to exercise outdoors. We also need to eat more foods that enhance our immunity against winter diseases, especially vitamin C, the most important ever.
1 - Orange in particular and citrus in general to contain significantly on vitamin C
2 - Peppers and parsley are rich in vitamin C
3 - Broccoli for containing vitamin C and B and also contains iron, zinc and potassium
4 - Garlic is very useful for blood and heart and blood vessels to contain antioxidants and anti-oxidant
5 - Almonds for containing a lot of fat, vitamins and minerals very beneficial to the body such as vitamin B2, E
6 - Apples for containing the substance of pectin, which gives a sense of satiety and promote the process of digestion as well as contains vitamin C, and on potassium
7- Honey is a rich source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants
