There was a time when I was sleeping 4 hours a night, but I was in my 20s. Now I sleep about 6-7 hours , but I usually go to sleep at around 3 AM ish 😂. Upvoted!

I guess you know that time is wrong...you need to go to sleep earlier...try working on that... Follow for more health tips
