New day in mental health fixing process

Hi, guys!

So, one more day in the hospital. Today I had a holiday, my mother came to me and the doctor had already allowed me to go for a walk with her, my mother brought a photo of the leash, but such jokes are not quoted here and it would be better not to joke like that, we took a walk for about half an hour, having examined the surroundings around my building, see how many interesting things I managed to photograph.

In about a week, the doctor promised that I would be able to go out for a walk on my own by the elements of the church that was painted by Mikhail Vrubel, and as an art historian it would be unnaturally very interesting to look at the frescoes that have been preserved in it, but so far I have not gone there with my mother, we just walked around it around the perimeter.

My relations with my roommates are getting better and better.It's not surprising that people here start to trust each other very hard. everyone is polite and does not fight with anyone.However, there are some people who scare me a little.

There is an atmosphere that is very difficult to describe in words. Sometimes you start communicating with a person and think that he is completely normal. However, of course, completely normal ones are not placed here and then you start to wonder. And what is wrong with the person if the person is relatively sane, then you can ask him directly. For example, girls in the next ward anorexia nervosa we talked to him and even laughed. She learns English if being here actually is very serious literally from morning till evening I advised her a puzzle movie site on which I myself am learning English.

Well, more precisely, I did not study it, but I just look movies in English.

I began to revise my favorite series Doctor Who, of course, also in English, I draw at the same time and watch this series. It always calmed me down and always gave me hope I have a tattoo on my right hand with Tardis. Today I will finish and tomorrow I hope I will show you new pictures.

Mental health and physical health both are important. Especially in summer one should take care of their health because some time poor physical health also make your mental health weak. So, take healthy and light food, drink proper water and follow some other tips to stay healthy in summer.
