On a Samsung phone, if you drag the tab from the top of the screen, you will see "blue light filter". Ensure it's enabled. Blue light is one of the reasons people find it difficult to sleep on time and one can experience headache when you don't sleep well. TV and mobile devices emit blue light.

I'm on iPhone 4 :( hahaha so what I read it won't work, but I'm going to install Flux on my computer to make it easier. Thank you inspirati! followed!

On an iPhone:
Open the Settings.
Go to General -> Accessibility -> Zoom.
Turn on Zoom.
Quickly tap three times, with three fingers, anywhere on the iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad screen.
Tap on Choose Filter.
Select Low Light.
