The American Institute for Cancer Research and World Cancer Research Fund has published a report that says that eating cereals reduces the risk of cancer. The report has also been told about the foods which most contribute to cancer.
These foods are caused by cancer
It has been said in the report that taking daily food prepared from hot dogs, bacon and other types of processed meat increases the risk of cancer several times more. Research has said that they have found many such evidence on the basis of which physical exercise can also reduce the risk of cancer. Author Edward L. said that there are many people who have reduced the risk of cancer by regular exercise.
As a summary of this report, it has been said that it is absolutely clear and true that intestinal cancer is a huge role in food and lifestyle. In this scientific and factual report, it has been reported that how the food habit, weight and human life style affect the risk of cancer.
There are claims that 99 reports have been prepared in research conducted on 29 million people. One fourth of these people had to undergo intestinal cancer treatment. This was due to the increase in cancerous cholesterol. One reason for this is that taking excess quantity of red meat food, such as sushi meat and beef, take more than 500 grams daily to increase obesity, which is a major cause of cancer. At the same time, the risk of cancer is reduced to 17 percent of people who take 90 grams of grain daily.
To prevent cancer from meeting with meat, people have been advised to do two jobs.
1- Get more food grains and vegetarians
2- Regular exercise
