Yeah I actaully followed the Kinobody workout routine before and he really promotes fasting to get leaner, stronger, and have freedom in what you eat! Unfortunately for me I love my breakfast ! xD

I've done kinobody!! My son @trippin98 is currently doing it now!! He lost A LOT of weight doing it. It's awesome!!! I'm gonna tell him to follow you!
Hah!! that's awesome! I definitely like a lot of the things he says I think the most important thing I take away from him is simply building strength! If you want to look big just up your weight by microloading- upping the weight my small amounts each week! And awesome I'll give you son a follow too! :)
