You are not losing because your body already used to it. You need to hit your body in different way. You will start losing fat. So today i am going to share with you a very known exercise but you do not know the power of it. Expert says it can burn your body fat better than running. Jumping Rope
Yes it is jumping rope.By doing this you can lose 12-13 calories in every minute. Do it with rope. If you can not do without rope then. Think you are doing it with rope. You will learn it eventually. I will upload a video of mine about rope jumping. Please do not jump to much. Land your toes carefully. So you won't get injured. If you want to get result then try to do it for 10 minutes at least. So you could burn 120-130 calories in 10 minutes. If you feel tired then do not stop,Push yourself.
