Hi fellow steemians!
My weight loss journey has been going on for 3 years now and I wanted to share my journey. I started off at 163lbs and I now weigh 132 lbs.
Throughout this journey, my dietary habits changed dramatically. When I first started, I was a regular meat-eating teenager at 17. When I was 18, I adopted a vegetarian lifestyle because of social media influence on youtube. I was a vegetarian for 7 months and then I went vegan. At 20 years old, I am still a vegan and absolutely love all of the changes my body has gone through because of this. Of course, I also work out at least three times a week and try to eat as healthy as possible while also treating myself sometimes.
I still have not reached my ideal weight, but going vegan has been one of the best decisions for my health
