Lot's of good info there and this is the way I have been going with my diet in the last few months. Cutting out sugar and adding in more meats with the fat etc and usually eating just lunch and dinner no breakfast now as I don't feel hungry in the mornings anymore.

It must be the way forward! I notice im looking very trim and feel as if Ive been working pyhsically, when im doing the complete oppersite in fact hahaha!
