Let me break it down with this response. Everything that affects a man are controlled by him. Some things are inevitable in life, but we can control the effects of such things on us. Our minds, lifestyles, what we eat and how frequently we exercise our bodies play important roles in determining how fast we age and how long we live here. Putting all these in check may help slow down the aging process and lengthen our life span.
