Today I am going to talk about that where you should focus more for improving your health.

I am sure that we all of us have seen a lot of people who used to do daily morning walk or exercise in park are not having much good health. This shows our mentality about being fit and that is you just do exercise and within a month you would be slim but the actual reality is that dreamed month just came in your night dreams not in your life.

So we need to understand that something is wrong that we are nit getting the desired results. And that something wrong is the focus on our diet. We used to think that just by doing exercise we will be healthy but that's not true my friends. According to a research, 90% of the health is determined by your diet and only 10% of it depends upon exercise. After this I need not to tell where you should focus more.

There is a very popular rule of diet that is "EAT BREAKFAST LIKE A KING, EAT LUNCH LIKE A PRINCE AND TAKE DINNER LIKE A BEGGER". It simply means out of your diet routine, breakfast should be the most heavier one as in the morning your metabolism is slow so itmaxresdefault.jpg needs to raise. After breakfast it is lunch where you should take your food according to your requirement and in the dinner you should cut your calories as compared to lunch.
