Charlie Burns, a 25-year-old British car salesman, turned a Ford Fiesta into a 4x4 using vintage tractor wheels. He spent five hours fixing four tractor wheels, worth four British pounds, on a 15-year-old Ford Fiesta, worth 80 British pounds, to create a new bizarre "wheelset".
