Now a days every body want to be fit and muscular look. So in this blog I'm going to share about how to gain weights specially for skinny people.
No.01. Do exercise:
If you start doing exercise, specially lifting weights on gym then your muscle start tearing and breaking. If you had good nutrition and diet then you must gain your weights.
No.02. Carbohydrates:
Carbohydrates is the main essential key to gain weights. If you start taking complex and healthy carbs, dont take carbohydrates from junk food. Then you automatically start gaining weights.
No.03. Protein:
You have to take protein in a proper amount. Protein helps to build your muscle and reduce fat from your body. You can take 1.5 gram per kg for your body. Example your weight is 60kg then you have to take protein 1.5×60= 90 gram.
No.04. Fats:
Fats is essential for our body to gain weights. But you dont have to take unhealthy fats from chips, noodles,etc. You always have to take healthy fats in proper amounts.
No.05. Sleep:
If you are doing exercise and you taking nutrition in top. You are having your proper amount of carbs, protein and fats but you dont sleep good then all your work is just waste. So sleep without any stress, tension and without noise for 6 to 8 hours then your body starts to recover.
