I guess so. I'm not very familiar with the eastern medicine(s) so I refrained from commenting on that. I've been just vaguely acquainted with traditional Chinese medicine and in the worse case scenario it might proof to be ineffective, but not nearly as destructive as the wicked witch of the West, with which I did have quite some hands-on experience. We try to live by the Hippocrates' maxim with a twist of our own: ‘Let food (that grows in your garden) be thy medicine and medicine be thy food’. I guess back in his days that specification was self-evident and hence needed not to be pointed out.
