Putting my fitness goals on the blockchain makes them real right?!

I've been getting back into lifting weights and decided to set some goals for myself on steemit. This way I have a concrete post that I can go back and look at to check my progress.


My top priority is joining the one thousand pound club. This club consists of people who can total their one rep max for bench, back squat & dead lift to 1000 pounds. Some people are naturally freaks of nature and this seems like nothing to them. For me it's probably going to be about a year before I might hit this!


Currently my maxes are: 250 pound bench press, 300 pound dead lift & 250 pound squat.
Making my total 800 pounds.


With some hard work and determination my hopes are to crush a 315 pound bench press, 300 pound squat & 385 pound dead lift.
