Deadlifts super set with lat pull downs ;)
Works great because your lower back tends to get tight with deadlifts and lat pulldowns rekeives the pressure off your lower back.
did wide grip lat pull downs, close grip, back extension machine, dead lifts, low row, super wide grip pull ups, abs & some stair master
