hi steemians...as we all know we really love to eat...its true ,but some of us are really choosy when it comes to foods and others used to eat only unhealthy foods...but eating fruits and vegetables is more helpful..here are some tips to get healthy/ier:

1.Eat more Vegetables and fruits each day, keep fruit where you can see it. That way you'll be more likely to eat it.

  1. Skip the Potatoes: choose other vegetables that are packed with more nutrients and more slowly digested carbohydrates.

  1. Make it a meal: try cooking new recipes that include more vegetables. Salads and stirfries are two ideas for getting tasty vegetables on your plate.

  1. No single fruits or vegetable provides all of the nutrients we need to be healthy, eat plenty everyday.

this is our mini organic farm in our backyard...i used to plant veggies here like squash, eggplant, ampalaya, alugbati leaves, n tomatoes...my youngest son loves to eat fried tortang eggplant in tagalog its "talong"...all organic and safe to eat..

its important to handle them safely to avoid getting sick..

if you want better health...eat better foods!!!
