Anger may be a neccesity in man, but Excessive Anger is a psychological disorder and is capable of destroying the life you have so much worked hard to build.
When is your anger considered Excessive(a disorder)?
When it is prolonged, even after the anger trigger has been removed.
If it explodes without warning, and becomes very intensive
If the anger is directed to oneself by inflicting injuries on the body.
If it is directed to others, such as causing physical harm to pets, funitures and people.

Health Problems: people with Anger abnormality tends to develop health issues such as; headache, digestion problems, such as abdominal pain, insomnia, increased anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, skin problems, such as eczema,heart attack and Stroke, which aggregates to a reduced lifespan.
Broken Social Life: Excessive Anger are chief contributors to many broken relationships. It leads to a man losing his friends easily.
Addictions: People with Anger disorder tends to look up to drugs to cope with their loneliness.
Lost of self-worth: with the growing addiction, comes low self-worth.
Also, all these could lead to suicidal thoughts in a person.

Some people refer to drugs such as, Alcohol, cocian and other drugs in a bid to solve anger disorder, this is wrong and will only intensify the problem. Some common treatment imcludes:
Exercise: Exercising regularly will help you develop endurance against anger triggering situations.
Medical Prescriptions: Medical examination and prescription provides a route for one to get drugs to suppress anger.
Counseling: Getting a good counselling session will help you highlight the situations that could provoke anger and learn to avoid them.
Self-Help: Majority of Anger abnormality are attitudes which were learnt. Earlier on it felt like a good way to solve problems. But now you know where it leads to, you can start undoing it conciously, by reading books and making sure you develop an enduring attitude.
