Thank you for this post! This reminded me to drink more again. I only do little swallows. That's why it is still hard for me to drink a lot but I'm working on it. I want my brain and body to function better.
Also, I started to not drink faucet water anymore but mainly from glass bottles.
Which "water-brand" do you recommend?
