Take This Drink In The Morning And The Next Day You Will Feel 10 Years Younger

in #health8 years ago

Everybody wants to look younger. You can't stop time, you can turn back the clock to achieve more youthful-looking hair, hands, and skin. Aging is a natural part of life for both men and women, but that doesn't mean it's always pleasant. If you're worried about losing your youthful looks, then you're not alone. And you don't need to submit yourself to plastic surgery, buy expensive salon treatments, or stock a medicine cabinet full of lotions and potions. Don't worry -- there's help along the way.

Turmeric, the main spice in curry, is arguably the most powerful herb on the planet at fighting and potentially reversing disease.  Turmeric is an all-natural skincare ingredient that can be applied topically for glowing skin! The most common solution recommended by all dermatologists is eating a diet rich in antioxidants and curcuminoids present in turmeric are strong antioxidants. Now i give you a better solution for looking so younger and that is a turmeric drink. This amazing drink will get you look young. This drink is a great way to get the many benefits of turmeric on a daily basis, along with the antioxidant power of black pepper.

STEP 1 : TURMERIC PASTE
Ingredients :  1/4 cup of turmeric powder

                       - 1/2 tsp. Of milled pepper
                      - 1/2 cup of filtered water

Directions  :  Put all the ingredients in abowl, over a medium heat. Stir constantly until you get a thick homogeneous mixture. When done, let the mixture cool down and store it in the refrigerator. And next morning when you get up  from sleep then you will drink it.

 STEP 2 : TURMERIC MILK

My favorite time to incorporate Turmeric Milk into my day is when I’m unwinding for the day. I’ll put on some relaxing music, cozy slippers, and simmer a pot of this on the stove, letting all the flavor of turmeric, peppercorns, cinnamon, ginger, and coconut milk or almond milk marry together beautifully.Turmeric milk is not only high in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds, and healthy fats (especially when using coconut oil), but is also high in manganese and iron thanks to the turmeric.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of homemade almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon local honey, optional
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, optional
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

small pinch of black pepper and grated ginger (fresh is best)

Directions  : Simply pour all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a light boil. Whisk to combine ingredients. Reduce heat to low and simmer for up to 10 minutes. Strain the milk if you have large pieces of ginger, cinnamon, peppercorns, etc. To serve, add honey or a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy warm is best!

The ingredients in this recipe actually work in a synergistic fashion and help enhance the nutritional value of each other and it’s help to looks more younger which is another reason why I love this recipe. You will be amazed by the results.

I actually want to try this, thanks for sharing. :)

interesting.

Interesting I may have to try this. For years when I was doing a lot of the cooking for my house (my wife was working outside the house more than me at the time) I used turmeric in quite a few of my dishes. It is a spice that I like a lot. I may have to give this a shot.

I will try anything once...
