I have been jogging 3 to 4 miles every night. I was hoping to see your update today. Hope your blister is healing. I will stay in touch. My goal is to lose 10lbs by September 1st. I noticed my stomach has shrunk. I get filled up fast. I do the 18 hour fasting.

Keep it up! Yeah, I only did 2 miles today. I normally post around this time all the time, but sometimes I post in the early mornings too. YOU CAN DO IT! JUST KEEP PUSHING! WE GOT THIS :)
