Getting in Shape with INSANITY WORKOUT. No NEED for the GYM. Join me for one of the hardest workouts.

I have been doing the INSANITY Workout for a while now, and I really love it, since I don't need to spend money on the gym and I get the full workout right at home at whatever time I choose to.

Insanity is one of the hardest workouts I have done. It consists of many different CDs with different daily exercises.

I actually get really nervous every time I start doing these because just with the warm-up you can barely catch your breath.
When your muscles are warm, you do 10 minutes stretch and then continue the rest of the workout.

These exercises are run by the amazing Shaun T. This is a 60 day training program, but I have been doing it for years now since if I finish the 60 days, I'll start to mix this with different kinds of workouts and then I'll try to go back just to the Insanity again etc.

This exercise that I just did, was actually one of the easiest ones, since there is higher level two weeks after you get your body used to these exercises. The next level is longer and harder and it is called the Extreme Insanity workout CDs which is crazy.

These workouts are not recommended if you have problems with knees. You can start at any level, all you have to do is just go your paste, as long as you have the right posture. The better in shape you will get, the faster and more of these exercises you can do.

I am doing my workout at home too but only those low cardio workout.

That is wonderful @bhabykat. Any workout is great and it's good to see more people doing it, without the need of gym, since that can be a huge excuse for most people.

Wow you're really into fitness ms. @joalvarez... i think i need this to do the fitness at home cause I'm gaining weight everyday... 😭😭😭... but I think I should start with the easy ones...

I know, I'm sort of out of shape too, because of winter which makes me pretty lazy and I don't really feel like exercising somedays, but now that the days are getting longer and I can see more sun, it is really motivating to start getting in shape again.
Plus, I must say, I have to blame it on Steemit, since most of the time I can't get off it. lol

I believe fitness is a necessity for all those who cares about their lives and well-being, great post

Yes. Motivation is good. You can do this. NO PAIN NO GAIN my friend.
Yes this is one of the easiest ones, but when you start, you have to go your own pace and then eventually you will get better and faster. Trust me.
