One thing I've learned in my (new) health venture is that drinking the right amount of H2O changes EVERYTHING! What do I mean by drinking the "right" amount of water?
Your should drink your body weight • divided by 2 • in ounces of water EVERYDAY! I drink between 100-150 ounces of water everyday. Sometimes I drink more than the recommended amount if I'm working out or spending a lot of time outside!
I know what you're thinking - it seems like a hassle. To be completely honest, sometimes it is! Some days I am so busy I'll forget or I'll get off track and realize - OMG!! It's noon and I've only had 20 ounces of water, when I usually have had between 40-50 ounces!
Why do I drink this much water? Why do I think it's so important? Because it's good for me & my body feels AMAZING. My skin cleared up, I don't feel as bloated, I don't have as many digestive issues, I have more energy, I'm happier!
Sure, this isn't groundbreaking news. I probably read 43 posts about how important drinking water is and they didn't change my thinking... Until I actually tried it. Give it a shot, see how you feel! I promise you that if you drink more water everyday, you will look and feel better!
