A debate that no evidence has ever been solved is whether drugs or natural alternatives are better.
One seems to be safe while clinically unconfirmed, but to endanger weeds with side effects if natural alternatives are safer but so effective.
The new research shows that cinnamon dust is effective in reducing symptoms of periodic pain (primary dysmenorrhea).

Published in the Journal of Clinical and Diagnostic Research and titled "Comparative Effects of Cinnamon and Ibuprofen for the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea: A Double Casual Double Blind Trial", Iranian researchers evaluated the effect of 420 mg of cannula (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) and 400 mg of ibuprofen , In three groups of 38 females. Both the intensity and the duration of the pain were monitored in all groups, with the reported results as follows:
Results of median pain duration and pain with Ibuprofen and Cinnamon were less than the first group. From 4 hours after drinking, there were no statistically significant differences between the cinnamon and the ibuprofen group. Eight hours after the intervention, the degree of average pain in The cinnamon group was significantly lower than the second group.
Unlike ibuprofen, the use of cinnamon for pain does not come with any cardiotoxic risk. Rather, it is known to lower blood pressure and blood sugar levels, which provide protection against cardiovascular disease.
Spent a bit of time to cover these and find them. I hope you will like it.
The article you detail, available here by the way, is actually saying the opposite: cinnamon effects are lower compared with ibuprofen... ;)
Are you joking... http://movingtoorganic.com/surprising-reason-cinnamon-actually-better-ibuprofen-comes-killing-pain/
That is a 2015 post lol
That is the article you mentioned in your post. You brought it up, not me :)
Oh god im tired. Cant handle how people deny facts just gonna ignore you from now on.
???
Waw that's an overreaction!
Both your post and the website you quote refer to a scientific article named "Comparative Effects of Cinnamon and Ibuprofen for the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea: A Double Casual Double Blind Trial". This is the link I provided. The conclusion of this article are different from yours and from the one of the site you quote.. end of the story.
I may try this
It's probably a healthier alternative than ibuprofen
Yes it is scientifically proven
No, it isn't. You've made it up :)
Oh did i http://movingtoorganic.com/surprising-reason-cinnamon-actually-better-ibuprofen-comes-killing-pain/
Site is also wrong. See journal article posted above. Cinnamon can reduce inflammation and pain. It is not better than Ibuprofen
Lol who are you to decide which site is right and which is wrong
Besides what are you trying to prove here, you like flagging for no reason, or did someone piss you off and you're actually relieving by flagging others.
And ibuprofen isnt as natural as cinnamon what just what and why
