The kidneys in our bodies are important organs of our health. They filter blood in our bodies, produce hormones, absorb minerals, produce urine, eliminate toxins, neutralize acids, and therefore are one of the most important organs in the body. Beware of these habits to maintain the health of the kidneys can occur some damage or decrease in the function of the kidneys often without being noticed for years and the kidneys remain able to do their work with less than 20% of their capacity. Kidney disease is often referred to as "silent diseases". This is why it is very important to take care of the kidneys before it is too late. The following is a list of common habits that lead to a lot of stress on the kidneys and can cause serious damage over time.

. Do not drink enough water:
The most important kidney function is blood filtering and detoxification and waste. When you do not drink enough water during the day, toxins and waste begin to accumulate and can cause serious damage to the body.

. Add a lot of salt in the diet:
Your body needs sodium or salt to work properly, but most people consume a lot of salt that may raise blood pressure and put a lot of pressure on the kidneys. As a good rule of thumb, food should contain no more than 5 grams of salt per day.

Many of us ignored the desire to go to the water cycle because they are too busy or avoid public baths. Keeping urine on a regular basis increases urine pressure and can lead to kidney failure, kidney stones, and incontinence. You should listen to your body when nature calls it.

. Eat lots of sugars:
Scientific studies show that people who consume 2 or more sugary drinks a day are more likely to have protein in their urine. The presence of protein in the urine is an early sign that the kidneys do not do their job properly.

. Vitamin and mineral deficiencies:
Eating clean, food in a diet made of fresh vegetables and fruits is important for your overall health and good kidney function. Too much vitamin B6 and magnesium deficiency can increase the risk of kidney stones or renal failure, because they are of paramount importance to reduce the risk of kidney stones. About 70 to 80 percent of Americans do not get enough magnesium, so there may be a risk of kidney disease if you are deficient in magnesium.

. Consumption of lots of animal protein:
Excessive consumption of protein, especially red meat, increases the burden on kidneys in metabolism. So eating more protein in the diet increases the effort on the kidneys to work harder, and this can lead to kidney damage or malfunction over time.

. Sleep deprivation:
We've all heard how important it is to get to sleep well at night. Chronic sleep deprivation is associated with many diseases and kidney disease, during the night renal tissue repairs damaged body cells, giving the body time to heal and repair itself.

. Getting used to coffee:
Like salt, caffeine can raise blood pressure and put extra pressure on the kidneys. Over time excessive consumption of coffee can cause damage to kidneys.

. Abuse of painkillers:
Many people take painkillers for small pains, while there are many natural solutions and safe treatments available. Excessive use or analgesia can lead to severe damage to the liver and kidneys.

. Drink lots of alcohol:
Alcohol is actually a legal poison that puts a lot of pressure on the kidneys and liver.

To stay healthy and avoid kidney problems it is important to eat plenty of fresh foods and take the above information into account and avoid these habits as much as possible. If kidneys are not under constant pressure, your body will function well
