I've watched a few documentaries about people with diabetes. There was one individual that actually got healthy and his body started producing insulin again.

Proper diet is the main key here then exercise. Your not suppose to eat anything with refined sugar and fructose. Even fruits have fructose in it. So you need to get your nutrients from other sources besides fruits. Anything that spikes your insulin levels are a big no no.

Even the food that is believed to be healthy, really isnt. GMO products are everywhere, and that is the unseen culprit for many illnesses.

If you didnt grow or handle the food yourself, expect it to be tainted with somekind of agent that was designed to prolong its shelf life, make you addicted, or produced to grow faster for quick monetary returns.

Everything store bought is made available to make money. It was never supplied to you with the intent to make you healthy.
