Thanks for the post! A quick and powerful one-two biotics combo I've found is to put some chicory in my morning coffee (strong prebiotic), and then take a shot of apple cider vinegar after (probiotic). Here's to thinking with our guts!

I forgot about chicory. I live in Texas - not too far from New Orleans in the scale of things, and this kind of coffee is popular.
I never know how to consume apple cider vinegar. If I try to swallow it, it burns a bit on the way down. Maybe I should try using it to make cabbage slaw or something similar.
