Killer Post, I'm currently 184 and trying to drop to a solid 165 so this gives me faith, I dropped from 205 to 185 from January- May. Now I want to push myself more but my diet is so bad because all the junk i consume in a day. That needs to change If i want the body I want, I'm going to the gym and absolutely using this post as a guide.
