Reporting from KlikDokter, dr. Alvin Nursalim writes that one of the causes of aging exposure from free radicals. The substance can cause damage to cells in the body.

However, damage to body cells can be counteracted by giving antioxidants. You can also find these antioxidants in fruits and vegetables, girls!

One of the fruits you can eat is a tomato. This fruit is the main source of lycopene which is an antioxidant that can lower and ward off free radicals better than vitamin C.

Then, you can also eat cabbage that contain lots of vitamin K. Vitamins are good for heart health and bone. Know the other fruits and vegetables that can make the youthful here.
